For in-store purchases, customers must inspect all jewelry pieces before leaving the store. Once the jewelry leaves the store, the sale is final.

There are no exchanges for different sizes, styles, colors, chains, bracelets, rings, watches, or any other items.

If jewelry breaks, becomes damaged, or needs repair after purchase, JB Jewelry LLC may offer repair services at the customer’s expense. Repair availability, pricing, and completion time will depend on the condition of the item and the type of repair needed.
