Shipping policy
At JB Jewelry LLC, we ship the vast majority of orders the same business day.
The earlier your order is placed, the better the chances of same-day fulfillment. Larger orders may require additional processing time and are less likely to ship the same day.
All orders are shipped through FedEx.
To help minimize loss, theft, or delivery issues, JB Jewelry LLC does not ship directly to home addresses or business addresses. All orders are shipped from FedEx to a nearby FedEx pickup location selected or assigned for the customer.
Customers must pick up their package directly from the FedEx location. A valid government-issued photo ID will be required at the time of pickup.
Available FedEx shipping options may be shown at checkout, depending on the order and delivery location.
Orders of $2,500 or more qualify for free standard FedEx shipping to the contiguous 48 United States.
At this time, JB Jewelry LLC does not offer international sales or international shipping. We only ship within the United States, excluding international addresses.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information at checkout. JB Jewelry LLC is not responsible for delays, pickup issues, or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping method selected, order size, FedEx processing, holidays, weather, or other carrier delays outside of our control.
Once the package is delivered to the designated FedEx pickup location, the customer is responsible for picking up the order within the time allowed by FedEx. JB Jewelry LLC is not responsible for packages that are not picked up on time.
